Booking information

In order to book an appointment with us, please have a read of the following information and hopefully it'll cover most of what you need to know:

BOOKING PROCESS:
* Send us a message/email with a description of what you'd like to get, where you want it on the body, what your budget is and include any pictures that help us see which sort of styles you like best.
* We will provide a quotation for the tattoo
* If you are happy with the quote, you pay 50% of the price upfront as a deposit and choose a date to get booked in for your tattoo
* Once you are booked in with a deposit, we will start working on your design if applicable (some things are drawn directly on to the skin, we will explain this if it applies to your booking)
* A first draft of your design will be sent to you within 48hours of your appointment - you can request as many alterations as you like and even change things on the day if needed.

SLEEVES/LARGE TATTOO PROJECTS
One of the most common things we get asked is 'how much is a sleeve?'
This question is impossible to answer and that is because every sleeve is completely different, built up over many hours in the tattoo chair.
Every tattoo studio has their own process for creating large pieces. These are the steps we use:
* First we make a rough plan of what is going to be included - for a sleeve this needs to be a clear idea of all the different elements that will build up the whole piece. We can advise on what kinds of things look best together, but the actual elements need to come from you as this is such a personal project.
For example - 'I want a whole sleeve of disney' - that isn't enough information. Whilst that is absolutely fine as a starting point, we would want you to list your favourite disney movies, which characters you prefer and equally, any that you strongly dislike. Then we can put together a plan of how the whole arm/leg will flow together.
* Next step is to start with one section of the project. This is usually completed in either a 4 hour session or a full day session. The longer you can do in one sitting, the quicker you will fill the entire space.
* Each session, you build up the next part of the piece, working towards the plan that you made in the beginning. Then once all the main elements are in, you usually finish the sleeve with some kind of background that links it all together.
* PLEASE be aware that sleeves and large projects take so much longer than people realise. A whole arm can take between 20-30 hours depending on the detail and this can be anything from 5-8 day sessions or a lot more sittings if they are short appointments.

If you are thinking of getting a sleeve/back piece then please have a think about all the things you want to include. We love putting together big projects and are more than happy to help with these but the more information you can provide, the better the outcome will be.
Please get in touch if you have any more questions or there is something that isn't explained here. We look forward to hearing from you!
